Job Title: IT Graduate Trainee
Role Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Senior Systems Administrator, the incumbent will join the IT department as a hands-on, results-driven individual to support daily IT operations while gaining practical experience in technical support and service coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end user IT support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with training staff on the use of IT systems and digital tools.
- Help set up, maintain, and document IT equipment and systems.
- Liaise with IT suppliers and service providers for support, maintenance, and procurement.
- Support daily IT operations while gaining practical experience in technical support and service coordination.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology.
- 1 year experience in an Information Technology field.
- Experience supporting multi site organization an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Open Source systems, Wide area network support.
- Experience supporting Windows, Linux and MacOS workstations required.
- Experience training end users on Information Technology systems.
- Good communication skills in both English & Setswana.
- Proactive problem solving and adaptability.
