Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, user accounts, network equipment, desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, and related devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, operating systems, hardware, and business applications.
- Provide timely technical support to office and factory users, including issues that may affect production operations.
- Support system administration activities such as access control, software installation, patching, antivirus protection, backup, recovery, and routine system health checks.
- Support company applications and data services; investigate data issues and prepare basic queries, reports, or data extracts when required.
- Coordinate with IT colleagues, users, vendors, and service providers to resolve incidents and deliver infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain IT asset records, system configurations, operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and other technical documentation.
- Participate in IT projects involving servers, networks, security, factory systems, IoT, RFID, machine vision, and other operational technologies.
- Use basic AI tools responsibly to improve troubleshooting, documentation, data analysis, and routine IT work.
- Work independently and collaboratively with IT teams in Thailand and other countries.
- Support planned maintenance or urgent incidents outside normal working hours when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2-5 years working experience as Systems Engineer
- Knowledge in windows server operating systems, Virtualization is required
- Understanding database and knowing SQL in required
- Knowledge of Sarin planners or comparable is an advantage
- Knowledge in system hardware
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in system engineering, IT infrastructure, help desk, or technical support is an advantage.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, servers, networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL; Microsoft SQL Server experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of VB.NET, C#.NET, APIs, scripting, or light application support is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and their responsible use in IT work is an advantage.
- Experience supporting IT systems in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and service-oriented skills.
- Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, committed to self-improvement, and comfortable working as part of a team.
