Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and support computers, networks, printers, scanners and handheld terminals.
- Provide first- and second-line user support.
- Support the WMS and its rollout across sites, working with the system developer.
- Maintain connectivity, backups, security and user access controls.
- Support temperature monitoring and vehicle tracking systems.
- Maintain the IT asset register and manage IT vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and systems support.
