Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) and support risk management initiatives.
- Support management systems audits, internal audits and legal compliance audits.
- Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action management.
- Develop HSE procedures, standards, risk registers, operational controls and reports.
- Support Emergency Response Planning (ERP) and business continuity initiatives.
- Provide HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
- Support contractor management and site inspections.
- Use digital tools and ERP systems to support data management, reporting and performance tracking.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HSE, SHEQ, risk management, auditing, compliance, or management systems consulting.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Experience conducting HIRA, audits, legal compliance audits, and incident investigations.
- Strong analytical, report writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Valid Passport and willingness to travel.
