As part of our growth and skills development initiatives in Botswana, we are inviting qualified and passionate individuals to join our Botswana team, for the below positions:

* Laser Operator
* Marking and Planning Trainers
* Full Stone Trainer and Polisher

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Train staff on the operation and safety of cutting equipment used in diamond processing
* Train staff on full stone polishing techniques to achieve ideal ExEx cut and VG symmetry
* Conduct quality control checks during and after training
* Master-level experience in polishing full stones (round and fancy shapes)
* Commitment to quality, patience, and hands-on training approach

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience as a trainer or team leader in diamond polishing
* Prior training or supervisory experience in a diamond processing environment is preferred.
