ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

We invite applications from suitably qualified, motivated and student-focused professionals to join our growing Academic and Support Staff teams in the following positions;

Academic Staff

1. Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM)

Key Requirements:

• Master’s Degree, Bachelors’ degree in HRM or related field

• Ability to teach modules such as recruitment and selection, performance management, labour law, compensation, reward systems and other HRM related modules.

2. Lecturer in Secretarial and Administrative Services

Key Requirements:

• Degree in secretarial studies, office administration, office management or related field

• Proficiency in office technology, records management, typing, business communication skills, office procedures, Bookkeeping and Accounts, Office Applications (ICT) and related modules.

3. Lecturer In Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)

Key Requirements:

• Masters degree, Bachelor’s Degree in OHS, Environmental Health or related field

4. Lecturer in Business Management (BM)

Key Requirements:

• Masters degree in Business Management, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, Commerce or related field

• Ability to teach modules such as management, marketing, entrepreneurship, HRM, Business Communication, Accounting, Business Mathematics, Quantitative Methods and related modules.

5. Business Information Systems (BIS)

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Information Communication Technology or related field

• Ability to teach modules such as keyboard and typing skills, use of computer packages (office applications), introduction to information technology and related modules.

6. Early Childhood Education (ECE)

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Ability to teach modules such as monitoring and assessing children’s development, curriculum development, play and creativity in early childhood, classroom management, school administration, family and community partnerships, and related modules.
