PART-TIME LECTURERS: GENERAL NURSING (CLINICAL) X 4 POSITIONS
PARENT AND CHILD HEALTH NURSING
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above-mentioned position at The Institute of Health Sciences – Gaborone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
a) Diploma in General Nursing or its equivalence. Post basic Diploma or Degree in Midwifery
b) Registered with Nurses and Midwifery Council of Botswana (NMCB)
REMUNERATION:
P75.00 per hour of teaching. Other logistics will be communicated with the office after the offer.
PERIOD:
05th September 2025 to 13th October 2025
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years post qualification experience in a related field.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Provide clinical conferences and tutorials
• Assess student clinical practice competence
• Compute and compile marks for assessment done
• Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate guidance
• Liaise with lecturers in meeting student’s academic objectives
