Job Title
LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR – Re-Advertisement
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for the provision of legal services which include legal advice to Management, Board and Business. Incumbent will manage legal and contractual risk by reviewing and drafting agreements. The role will also be responsible for the provision of comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Board and Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision of legal services and advice.
- Board Secretarial Services.
- Legal Contracts Management.
- Managing and Coordinating CEO’s diary.
- Ensure Compliance with key Insurance and Regulatory Acts.
- Provision of administrative services.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with relevant legal degree (LLB)
- Member of Certified Institute of Secretarial is an added advantage
- Member of Law Society of Botswana
- At least 1-2 years post qualification experience in a Corporate Legal Firm or experience in Financial Services environment as Corporate Secretary an added advantage
