We are looking for a skilled and motivated civil engineer to oversee and supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of approximately 64 km of buried water transmission pipeline and associated mechanical works that is [Note: Role purpose text in image appears to be a misprint from another role].
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee trenching, pipe laying, jointing, and backfilling activities for buried pipelines.
- Supervise hydrotesting and commissioning of wellfield process water pipelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with design requirements, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout pipeline construction phases.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or industrial projects (preferably power plants, pipelines, or infrastructure).
- Strong expertise in planning, execution, and quality control of civil and pipeline works.
- Familiarity with international codes, design specifications, and project schedules.
- Certificate in Project Management will be considered an added advantage.
