Key Responsibilities
- Pre trip inspections checking oils, water, fuel, tires, breaks and report any malfunctions
- Safely operator vehicle in the mine
- Maintain accurate records, including mileage and delivery logs
- Load, secure and unload materials, tools, or equipment, ensuring proper weight distribution
- Conducting risk assessment, adhering to all traffic laws
- Inspection of equipment for proper functioning
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as an operator of light vehicles in a mining environment
- High understanding of traffic laws, road safety and vehicle maintenance
- Ability to read and write reports in English
