Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• A-level / tertiary qualification in transportation, logistics, supply chain, operations management.
• 3-5 years of experience in transport management, logistics, or fleet supervision.
• Experience supervising a team of drivers or logistics personnel.
• Exposure to administrative and operational reporting in a logistics environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with logistics or transport software systems (e.g., Syspro or similar).
• Understanding of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and transport planning.
• Knowledge of Botswana Road Traffic legislation and Health & Safety regulations.
• Record-keeping and report compilation skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Hands-on approach with ability to motivate self and others.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
