Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to maintenance inspections, operator inspections, job card feedback and machine run hours. Maintain and develop key relationships both with internal and external customers within Botswana
- Maintain record of machine run hours and track for prior resourcing of Preventative Maintenance kit
- Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that schedules align with the availability and staging of parts required for both preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Initiating purchase requisitions and tracking pending deliveries for work execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between different departments to relay scheduling information, identify potential conflicts, and escalate to the planner for solutions.
- Identify and communicate all bottlenecks identified in own processes and cross functional processes that impede efficiency
- Generate regular reports on open work orders and purchase requisitions pending approval.
Requirements
- A certification in administration or a related field
- Two (2) Years Post tactical Experience in the mining industry
- Form 5 Secondary Education with a minimum of Grade C in Math, English, and Science.
- Should be computer literate and good with Microsoft Office and should and be familiar with mine policies.
- Well disciplined, good communication and SHE conscious.
