MAINTENANCE PLANNER – Nutri Feeds Botswana

Master Farmer Feeds (Pty) Ltd t/a Nutri Feeds Botswana require the services of an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Planner at their Animal Feed Mill in Pilane. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordination of all aspects of engineering maintenance systems, engineering spares, and general maintenance equipment requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Strictly implement No job card no work policy
• Plan scheduled inspections
• Maintain maintenance planning database
• PRAGMA materials management
• Perpetual stock takes and 5S standards
• Facilitate spares requirements meetings
• Total maintenance costing assets
• Execute any other morally reasonable assigned duties to meet the exigencies of service as directed by management.

The prospective candidate must possess the following attributes

• Must be dynamic, flexible and have sound technical skills.
• Sound communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• NCC Fitting course/4-year Apprenticeship or any other related credentials.
• Must be computer literate
• Valid Class B Driver’s licence.
• Must be proficient as a Maintenance Electrician as well
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a large manufacturing environment with specific experience in a Feed Mill or Mining environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software (PRAGMA) will be an added advantage
