- Allocating and overseeing daily maintenance tasks across disciplines.
- Supervising and providing technical support to contractors doing maintenance.
- Conducting quality checks on completed jobs and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintaining maintenance records in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
- Supporting preventative maintenance planning and execution.
- Responding for and assigning urgent maintenance issues promptly.
- Assisting in onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
Requirements
- Artisan qualification in relevant trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry)
- Supervisory training certificate is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years in maintenance roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position
- Experience in a mining or industrial environment preferred
