The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and external/internal communications services to support the achievement of the BNSC’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Existence of policies, practices, and procedures in line with organisational strategies and objectives.
- Development and implementation of a marketing and public relations strategy.
- Quality delivery of Marketing and Communication services, e.g., information systems, advertising management, communication services (newsletter, website, annual reports etc.).
- Effective and efficient stakeholder management
- Brand management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Science, or related area and a membership from a recognized relevant professional body.
- At least 7 years post qualification experience in diverse marketing and communications practices of which 3 years should have been at a management level, with detailed hands-on experience in communications planning, marketing, and media relations.
