The Manager, Risk & Compliance is responsible for developing and maintaining an enterprise-wide risk management and compliance framework that ensures the organisation operates within acceptable risk levels and complies with all applicable regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Governance (advantageous).
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or governance.
- Experience in regulated, public sector, or infrastructure environments.
- Experience developing enterprise risk frameworks and compliance systems.
- Exposure to Board-level reporting and governance structures.
