MANAGING DIRECTOR
Positive Performance, a well-established consultancy working at the forefront of human capital development, with an expertise in positive organisational psychology and HR requires the services of an experienced Managing Director. You will be reporting to the business owner and be responsible for the overall management of the company, senior consulting and training services deliverables and business development.

Qualifications

•Minimum Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Positive Psychology or related field; plus
•Minimum Master’s degree level (or equivalent) qualified coaching psychologist
Accreditations
•BQA/HRDC accredited trainer

Experience

•The applicant must have 15+ years of experience as a senior executive
•A proven history indicating high level success within the Human Resources Consultancy Field
•Minimum of 10 years as a training facilitator
•Proven history of leadership and relationship building
•Track record of successful business development
•Sound communication and interpersonal abilities

•Overall management of the company

Remuneration
Starting salary is BWP30 000 (including benefits)
