Key Responsibilities
- Promote Cospharm pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to drive product uptake and prescriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and hospitals to grow business opportunities.
- Achieve sales, market share, and coverage targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.
- Support CME sessions, product presentations, and promotional activities to enhance product awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, stock movement, and customer feedback, and provide timely sales reports.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical detailing, or healthcare marketing.
- A strong sales track record is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with strong sales, planning, analytical, and territory management skills.
- Valid Class B driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
