Trollope Botswana International has the following employment opportunities available as indicated below within the Mmamabula area for a Short-Term Contract.
To assist effectively and efficiently in performing planned and non-scheduled diesel engine repairs and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, general inspection, correct flaws in automotive components, electrical, air conditions, fuel, valve mechanisms, linkages, oil systems, and traction units in accordance with SOPs and ISO values.

Key Responsibilities
- Systematically follows safety standards and works under direct supervision in line with relevant SOPs and other acceptable safe practices.
- Basic knowledge of heavy earth moving equipment and uses correct PPE when carrying out assigned duties and responsibilities is an added advantage.
- Regularly maintains good housekeeping.
- Undertakes general assistance in inspections and audits in accordance with SOPs and ISO values.
- Assists in conducting inspections and audits as planned and guided.
- Assists in maintaining inventory levels for repairs and maintenances through accurate record keeping and raises requisitions for servicing materials.
- Assists in maintaining Job Cards and other relevant documentation as reference point for equipment maintenances and repairs.
- Demonstration of risk management knowledge and applicable Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that developed Emergency Plans are safely followed.
- Demonstrates an awareness on the organization’s definition of confidential information.
- Understanding of SHE Management Systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).
