Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance activities for drilling rigs, heavy equipment, compressors, and support vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Lead and support maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safe work practices, maintenance procedures, and site discipline.
- Monitor equipment condition, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and maintain operational reliability.
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues involving diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and drilling equipment, coordinating repairs with mechanics.
