Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly Government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. To provide mechanical engineering design, technical assurance, and construction oversight for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related building services within education infrastructure projects. The role develops mechanical designs and specifications; reviews contractor submissions; conducts site inspections and commissioning; and ensures compliance with mechanical engineering standards, ERB requirements, and safety regulations. It ensures that mechanical systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with the functional needs of educational facilities.

Requirements
