Role Purpose:
This position will be responsible for managing the proactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling towards the optimization of maintenance strategies through the Proto Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

This position is responsible for managing mechanical maintenance teams and contractors as outlined in work plans. To ensure all maintenance and repairs are conducted efficiently whilst complying with company policies, mining, safety and environmental regulations and maintenance of equipment and vehicles attached to above-stated operational targets to support business unit.

  • Experience with Proto CMMS is an added advantage
  • Experience within the mining environment is essential
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
