MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE BASED IN GABORONE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions
• Identify new business opportunities and retain current customers
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share
• Organize and participate in medical conferences and tradeshows
• Create and implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns in accordance with the organization’s policies
• Monitor and ensure consistent stock availability
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bsc in pharmacy / science degree or any business-related degree
• 1-3 years as a medical representative or experience in the pharmaceutical / medical field
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and has a vehicle (willingness to travel within the assigned region.)
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and a team player
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
