Focus on sales-oriented marketing and outreach through telemarketing, digital campaigns, and relationship-building strategies to strengthen the organisation’s membership base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, recruit new members, and engage potential partners
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, online outreach)
- Support membership engagement initiatives and partner outreach
- Coordinate with the team to ensure targeted, results-driven campaigns
Requirements
- Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in marketing, communications, community engagement, membership recruitment, or related roles
- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or membership recruitment
- Experience in digital marketing campaign planning and execution (social media, email, online outreach)
- Strong communication, presentation, and engagement skills
- Ability to convert prospects into members or partners
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to deliver measurable outcomes
- Analytical skills to track, evaluate, and optimise campaigns
