Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs connecting web applications, USSD platforms, mobile services, and third-party integrations.
- Develop user-friendly, responsive interfaces optimised for low-bandwidth and mobile-first environments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Solid experience working with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and Lambda.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 4-6 years’ experience in Full Stack Software Development using the MERN technology stack.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management.
