The Mine production Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of MMG-Khoemacau’s underground mining operations. The superintendent oversees all underground mining operations, ensuring that activities are carried out according to the mine plan and schedules. This role maintains focus on safety, efficiency, productivity, and regulatory compliance. The mine production superintendent leads and develops a skilled workforce and ensures the effective and efficient use of resources, which includes coordinating with various departments and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective deployment of resources such as equipment, materials, and people.
- Overseeing the allocation and maintenance of mining equipment, ensuring that all machinery is operational and used efficiently.
