Key Responsibilities for the roles
- Ensure compliance to the operational SHE safety standards and policies
- Ensure adherence to the MQWM act
- Conduct and sign off pre task risk assessment of the entire teams during their shifts
- Facilitate all necessary pre task permits approvals
- Enforce zero tolerance to safety violations
- Emergency response coordinator
- Complete and submit daily statutory reports to the project manager
- Execute the shift works plan
- Manage works quality during the shift
- Manage interfaces between various project teams
- Oversee all crew on shift
