    • Diploma in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification.
    • Botswana Open Cast Blasting License.
    • Engineers Registration Board of Botswana registration an added advantage
    • At least 5 years practical experiences within mining operations
    • Data analysis skills and proficient use of a computer
    • Valid Class B driver’s licence
    • Willing to work extended hours.
    • Self-starter with initiative and practical problem-solving skills are integral to success in this position.
