Key Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the Youth Ministry and Men’s Ministry.
• Leading and nurturing the Prayer Ministry for Youth and Men.
• Leading and supporting worship services, including preaching and teaching as assigned.
• Conducting and coordinating missionary work and outreach activities.
• Teaching church doctrine and Christian living in cooperation with the Elders and believers.
• Exercising pastoral care for Youth and Men, providing spiritual guidance, counseling, and support.
• Encouraging spiritual maturity and discipleship, striving for the extension of the Kingdom of God.
• Participating in the governance, organisation, leadership, and management of the congregation together with the Minister, Elders, and Deacons.
• Supporting church programmes, activities, and initiatives as directed by church leadership.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) degree from a university OR
• A Licentiate in Theology (Lic.Th.) diploma from a university training ministers for the Dutch Reformed Church.
• Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Missionary and have a proven track record as a Missionary in Youth and Men’s Ministries.
• Certified career coach and hold a TEFL diploma.
