Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
- Develop innovative drink menus and signature cocktails.
- Maintain high standards of beverage presentation and consistency.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role in a club, bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for mixology and innovation.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
