The applicant must record the application in the application register placed in the same office (RMU) for such purpose. The Records Officer will collect the mail from the post office on the application closing date (31 July 2025 at 1630hrs) and any application reaching the post after such time will not be accepted regardless of the date of posting. Attach a signed and stamped letter of proof of residence from the Village Chief.
