Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within development projects, NGOs, or donor-funded programs.
• Strong knowledge of M&E frameworks, data collection tools, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in software such as Excel, SPSS, or other data management systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and produce clear, concise, and high-quality reports for stakeholders and donors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, partners, and community stakeholders.
