Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen and utilize the existing Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, approaches and tools for the implementation of the Global Fund HIV/TB grant.
- Compile and analyze data on grant performance and report results.
- Produce timely periodic Grant reports in accordance with requirements of Grant agreement between Government of Botswana and Global Fund.
- Guides and participate in preparation of grant Reports by the Grant Team required by the Principal recipient.
- Supports identification of capacity Gaps of Grant Team on M & E and implement remedial actions within stipulated timelines.
- Reviews periodic technical reports of Grant Team and conduct appropriate analysis and render advise on potential risks in grant implementation.
- Sumits collated reports to the Grant Co-coordinator and address issues arising from the report.
- Carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or related discipline. A Master’s in the same field will be an added advantage.
- Applicants should also have a minimum of 12 years work experience of which at least two years should have been on D2 salary scale or equivalent in the relevant field. Experience in donor funded project implementation will be an added advantage.
