Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels and documents within assigned areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries in line with schedules.
• Maintain daily delivery records and proof of delivery.
• Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct basic checks and ensure the motorbike is well maintained.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.

Requirements

• Valid Motorbike Licence.
• At least 1 year riding experience (delivery experience is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of Gaborone routes and surrounding areas.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Time management and reliability.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Customer service skills.
• Road safety awareness.
