Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for analysing project documents, calculating costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring accuracy in all tender submissions.
Requirements
- Project Manager (Road and Bridge) x2: A minimum of 15 years of road construction experience. BSC/BEng in Civil Engineering or more. Registration of ERB is required.
- Commercial Manager (Road and Earth works) x1: 10+ years in General work experience, 5 years in Similar position. Primary Degree: BSc or B.Tech in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field. Post-Graduate: A Diploma in Construction Law is an added advantage. Professional Registration: QSRC, ERB or equivalent is Required.
- Contracts Director (Road and Earthworks) x1: A minimum of 10 years general experience, 5 years in a similar position. BSc/BE (Civil) or Similar. Professional certifications such as: QSRC, ERB is a requirement.
- Road Planner: 10+ years general experience, 5+ years in similar project position, Professional certifications (e.g. ERB or equivalent), BSc/BE (Civil) or Similar.
- Business Development Officer x2: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics or related field, 7 years of General work experience, Oversea experience is an added advantage.
- Senior Estimator x2: Minimum of 10 years general experience, minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position. BSc/BEng. in Civil Engineering, Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred. Registration with ERB or QRSC is essential. CCS or equivalent experience is a must.
- Technician x15: Minimum of 8 years of work experience, in SHEQ, Highway, Building and road construction.
- Civil Engineer x5: 10 years’ experience in design and structural engineering in a construction environment. BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Senior Quantity Surveyor x2: 10 years’ post qualification experience. Diploma or BSc in Quantity Surveying, MSc is added advantage. Proven knowledge of QS/estimating software is a pre-requisite. WILLING TO RELOCATE TO OTHER BRANCH IN SOUTHERN AFRICA.
- Site Agent x2: 7 to 10 years or more experience in Civil and road works, WILLING TO RELOCATE TO OTHER BRANCH IN SOUTHERN AFRICA.
- Chinese Chef x3: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chinese Chef. Extensive knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques and recipes. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
