Key Responsibilities
- Guards Government Buildings and property by patrolling the premises and ensures that windows and doors are securely closed and locked
- Maintains a record of Government movable property taken in and out of the premises to prevent theft of Government property
- Checks all fences and enclosures for unauthorized access and reporting any defects to the Supervisor
- Reports all cases of theft and burglary immediately to the supervisor and police
- Hoists the national Flag and lowers it at designated times
- Records in the diary all suspicious occurrences to assist in cases of theft and Burglary
