Applicants are invited from a pool of well experienced and self-driven citizens of Botswana for the position of Nightwatchman on permanent basis in the Ministry of Sport & Arts – Moshupa District. The post is tenable at Moshupa Stadium. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the safety and security of the Stadium during those times when the Stadium is otherwise unoccupied.

Key Responsibilities
- Check all doors in the building to be sure that they are locked when the building is vacant.
- Patrol the premises and grounds to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
- Conduct patrol inspections of doors, windows, and gate to determine that they are secure.
- Patrol Stadium premises and check exterior lighting.
- Notify police, fire department, or other appropriate authority of any situation requiring immediate or prompt attention.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Should have at least a Primary School Leaving Examination Certificate, Experience in Security Services and Knowledge of regulations, hazards and safety precautions will be an added advantage.

A1 (P 48, 384 – P56, 340 per annum)
