**Job Title:** OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH DOCTOR – JWANENG
**Job Mission:**
The incumbent will provide overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Clinic by applying technical expertise to oversee all medical, administrative and business development functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall responsibility for the care of patients seen
- Provide referrals to appropriate medical resource specialty
- Ensuring confidentiality of medical issues and records in the Clinic
- Oversee the Clinic’s operational and financial effectiveness
- Manage internal and external Clients and Stakeholders at the Clinic
Requirements
- Clinical governance, quality assurance, and medical ethics
- Leadership and strategic planning
- Business and financial competencies
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MBChB) or equivalent
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine and Health would be an added advantage (Diploma, Master’s Degree, or equivalent)
- Registration with Botswana Health Professions Council
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification medical experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in Occupational Health Practice
