  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ managing road construction projects.
  • Valid ERB Registration.
  • Valid Botswana Driver’s Licence.
  • Strong leadership and commercial management experience.
