Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Chief Executive Officer to execute and implement strategic planning for the business.
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Provide oversight and control of functional disciplines including HR, Finance, etc.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Prepare forecasts, annual budgets, schedule expenditures, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
- Define, implement and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organisation.
- Monitor company revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximise profits.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce and Finance, or related qualification.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the FMCG.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
