Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Chief Executive Officer to execute and implement strategic planning for the business.
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Provide oversight and control of functional disciplines including HR, Finance, etc.
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Prepare forecasts, annual budgets, schedule expenditures, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
• Define, implement and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organisation.
• Monitor company revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximise profits.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce and Finance, or related qualification.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the FMCG.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Proven experience as a Director of Operations within FMCG.
