Key Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing all operational functions, including warehousing, logistics, procurement, inventory control, and fulfillment
• Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and workflows
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating terms to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply
• Ensuring operational compliance, health & safety, and industry standards are met
• Translating commercial strategy into practical, executable operational plans
• Leading, mentoring, and developing operational teams to deliver high performance
• Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Senior Leadership to support business growth
• Working on strategic sales strategies and complete implementation with a proven record.
• Understanding costing strategies within General Merchandise products and proven customer relationships.

Requirements

• 25+ years’ experience in operations within electronics distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or a closely related sector.
• A deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, inventory management, and distribution challenges.
• Strong people leadership skills.
• Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
