We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our water purification and bottling business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, quality control, staff supervision, customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Supervise production, refilling, packaging, and distribution processes.
- Ensure compliance with water quality standards, health and safety regulation.
- Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures
- Manage staff scheduling, performance and training.
- Control inventory, consumables and operational costs.
- Handle customer relations, complaints and service excellence.
- Prepare reports on production, sales and operations..
- Coordinate maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Environmental Health or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of water purification process(RO system, filtration & sanitation) is an advantage
- Excellent organizational & problem solving skills
- Computer literacy skills( basic reporting, emails & record keeping.
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Attention to detail and quality focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and decision making skills.
