Gafoor Investments (Pty) Ltd is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER. The Group is situated at Plot 55735, Block 10, Gaborone.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee trading and operations for locations within a given region.
- Work closely with general managers to ensure goals are met.
- Expanding of the retail store.
- Installations of the computer and network systems.
- Staff development.
Requirements
- Minimum of at least over 10 years’ experience in retail management.
- Proven track record in business expansion, P&L Management, Team Leader, and Merchandise Planning.
- Diploma Qualification in Management.
