VACANCY 

Riley’s Garage invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join the team based in Maun. Applicants must have relevant experience, exposure and be able to prove managerial capabilities within the Spares Retail Sector.
Candidates must be able to handle all aspects of Motor Vehicle Spares Retail Operations. Experience in Strategy Development, Leadership and Team Management, Sales and Inventory Control required within the Motor Spares Industry. The position is based in Maun.

Skills & Requirements

* A minimum of 10 years’ previous retail experience with relation to the motor spares industry. Must have previous experience and knowledge in Team Management, Stock Management, Merchandising & Customer Relations.
* Supervisory skills & training abilities essential
* The ability to work in a highly competitive environment.
* Flexibility and ability to work long hours/shifts.
