• Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets.
• Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.

• Planning Skills: must have excellent planning skills. They must be able to anticipate potential problems and implement techniques that can eliminate these from the process.

I worked here for 3 years and had the following Responsibilities: To repair the Injection Moulding Machines, Dry Tunnels and Spry Booths.
To change the settings of the Injection Moulding Machines when there was a new Product to be produced.
Venture Otto bought machines in Johannesburg and I had to unplug and pack so it can be transported to Babelegi to the fabric.
At the fabric I had to put the machine together again, install and make the machine to work again.
The fabric closed down and that is why my services were ended there.
GUNDLE API in Springs .. Injection Moulding .. Blow Moulding.
I was the Product Manager for the roof isolation department.
I also assisted with Maintenance in this Department.
For 3 months I worked in the Fabric with the Blow Moulding.
Responsible for production and to set the machine.
The Isolation Department closed down after 1 year and 6 months due to the fact that China could deliver a cheaper product.

I Also worked on a coal mine in Ellisras Coal Mine where I restored the TITAN Trucks.
In KZN ACI Africa
