JOB TITLE: ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (OD), WELLNESS & REWARD SPECIALIST

ROLE PURPOSE:
Reporting to Human Resources and Administration Manager, the purpose of this role is to enhance organisational efficiency, culture, and capability through structured interventions and strategic Human Capital programs. The role is responsible for designing and implementing holistic Wellness strategies and administering Compensation and benefits to strengthen organisational effectiveness, support employee wellbeing, and ensure competitive reward practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of HR policies and procedures, to drive the efficient delivery of services.
  • Drive Human Resources frameworks and tools for OD, wellness, rewards practices including performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on and off boarding, and retention of talent enabling attraction, development, and retention of talent.
  • Delivers complex analyses of HR data; identifies key trends and contributes to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
  • Specifies, develops, and tests HR data collection procedures and tools to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements.
  • Contributes to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
  • Reviews employment compensation practices.
  • Keeps up with trends on employee wellness and wellbeing and other organisational wellbeing developments.
  • Supports workforce organisational development, Employee wellness and wellbeing interventions.
  • Contributes to career development / talent management plans and programs to build skills and capabilities required to meet organisational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial and Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Relevant professional certification or Membership with a recognised professional registered body will be an added advantage.
