Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- A PhD in Public Administration, Management or related field for EMPA research project supervisors.
- A PhD in Business Management or related field for EMBA research project supervisors.
- A relevant Master’s and Bachelor’s degree for both EMPA and EMBA research project supervisors.
- Applicants should have at least supervised research students at Degree or Diploma level.
- At least two years teaching experience in a tertiary institution.
- Experience working with postgraduate students in an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) institution will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a teaching qualification will be an added advantage.
- Possession of BQA Accreditation as an Assessor/Moderator will be an added advantage.
