A part-time position requiring 100 working hours per month to provide excellent guest service, handle food and beverage orders, and assist in maintaining the restaurant and bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Use of POS system to input orders and process cash and debitcard payments
- Perform side work (Including setup, restocking and assisting other waiters) to help maintain and clean Restaurant/Bar
- Take food & drink orders
- Stay attentive to guest’s needs
- Make menu recommendations
- Lead customers to their tables
- Serve food and drink orders in a timely manner
- Check in with customers during their meals
- Communicate effectively
Requirements
- Must have drivers license
- Must be able to speak both English and Afrikaans
