Nors Botswana is part of the Nors group providing Sales, Parts & Services for Volvo trucks in Botswana as well as other brands like Volvo Penta and Construction equipments like the SDLG Brand. Our organisation is looking for a skilled and experienced candidates for the following positions:

Key Performance Areas:

• Selling of parts to customers: front desk and workshop
• Take customers’ orders, inform customers of parts availability and prices.
• Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to pre­arranged systems
• Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain functioning of equipment.
• Plan the arrangement of goods/parts -order shelves and organize special requirements for certain stock to customers.
• Conducting daily inventory cycle
• Conducting quarterly stock take
• Perform inter-branch stock transfer.
• Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
• Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock.
• Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage systems.
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing

• Proven experience as a Parts Salesman- 3-6 years’ experience
• Good Customer services.
• Fluent in both Setswana and English (Spoken)
• Must have a Driver’s license.
• Good Communication Skills
